At Region A Blu-ray, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cinematic experience. If your disc is defective or arrives damaged, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the Blu-ray discs in their original packaging, ensuring all inserts and slipcovers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned media, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
